Survey results include:
- 89% say VMS creates a safer environment, up from 82% last year.
- 91% of respondents say a self-check-in system has made their job easier; 35% have seen a reduction in check-in time of more than 40%.
- 72% report that adding VMS improved visitor feedback. Up from 53% in 2017.
