These Sign In Enterprise – SIE Campus Terms and Conditions (“Campus Terms”) apply to the use of (including any access to) the Sign In Enterprise – SIE Campus portal currently located at campus.signinsolutions.com (together with any Sign In Enterprise information, data, content and other materials, products and services available through such site (“Content”), “SIE Campus”). Sign In Enterprise may update these Campus Terms from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms and Conditions (signinenterprise.com/tos).

APPLICATION

1. If you create a SIE Campus account as an individual (independent of your employer or any other third party), then Your use of SIE Campus will be subject to these Campus Terms.
2. If you create a SIE Campus account in connection with a party that is a Sign In Enterprise Customer, then these Campus Terms will apply in addition to the terms and conditions of the Customer account.

YOUR ACCOUNT

You must create an account with Sign In Enterprise in order to access SIE Campus and provide us with a username, password, and certain other information about yourself in accordance with the Privacy Policy (signinenterprise.com/privacy). You are solely responsible for the information associated with your account and anything that happens related to your account. You must maintain the security of your account and immediately notify Sign In Enterprise if you discover or suspect that someone has accessed your account without your permission. You shall not (a) use SIE Campus to engage in practices that place Sign In Enterprise in a position of non-compliance with Applicable Law or Sign In Enterprise certifications; (b) upload to, or store within, SIE Campus any infringing, obscene, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise unlawful or tortious material, including material that is harmful to children or violates third party privacy rights; or (c) use SIE Campus to store or transmit any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel bots, or other computer programming routines or code that may damage or detrimentally interfere with the Content.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

Sign In Enterprise hereby grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and revocable license to use SIE Campus as made available by Sign In Enterprise to you, solely in connection with your own educational purposes (whether personal or professional), including to learn skills for your current position, to learn skills for a future position or to learn about Sign In Enterprise. All of the Content featured or displayed on SIE Campus is owned by Sign In Enterprise, its licensors, vendors, agents and/or its Content providers. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any Content contained on the Website without the express written permission of Sign In Enterprise.

In the event you provide Sign In Enterprise with any materials owned by you, including but not limited to, your name, logo, or mark (collectively “Customer Materials”) to create custom content for SIE Campus (“Custom Content”), you hereby grant Sign In Enterprise a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and fully paid license to use and display Customer Materials to provide Custom Content to you.

Sign In Enterprise reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue SIE Campus (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice to you. Any future release, update, or other addition to functionality of SIE Campus will be subject to these Campus Terms. You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of SIE Campus or any part thereof.

USE OF DATA

If you access or use any material through the SIE Campus, your data or other information about your access to or use of such functionality may be collected and analyzed by Sign In Enterprise, including to monitor usage of and improve such functionality. In addition, Sign In Enterprise may use, disclose, or share your data or other information you provide through your use of the SIE Campus, with its Affiliates or Representatives in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

DISCLAIMER

EXCEPT FOR AS AGREED TO IN ANY ORDER FORM BETWEEN YOU AND SIGN IN ENTERPRISE, SIGN IN ENTERPRISE HAS NO OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE YOU ANY SUPPORT OR SERVICES FOR SIE CAMPUS. THE CONTENT PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH SIE CAMPUS IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SECURITY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. NEITHER SIGN IN ENTERPRISE, NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE CONTENT PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH SIE CAMPUS. THE CONTENT PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH SIE CAMPUS MAY BE OUT OF DATE, AND NEITHER SIGN IN ENTERPRISE, NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES MAKES ANY COMMITMENT OR ASSUMES ANY DUTY TO UPDATE SUCH CONTENT.
